Chrysler car rentals in Houston

I had to wait over an hour for the only person working the rental desk at the hotel to show up. I kept calling and he said 10 more minutes and I will be there.

They took forever!!!! I have never booked with them because of the line I see everytime I get into LA but I just happened to land at 1am and thought it wouldn't be busy but we had to wait 2 hours for a car... ridiculous.

Reserved a certain vehicle and when I went there they didn't have any available and had to cancel my reservation.

While Payless advertise a 100% smoke-free fleet rental car had definitely been smoked in. I tried to clear the air every time I got in it losing a can of febreze but could never overcome the smoking stench. Additionally, the car had numerous dings and the transmission made noise whenever it was in gear. The car definitely had mechanical, cosmetic, and smoking odor problems.

Good experience, everything was handled efficiently and on time The shuttle was ready to pick up to and from airport. The car we got was very basic so at times it struggled to drive uphill but we made it.

I like most the cleanliness of the car.

Terrible I did not receive the car due to unexpected reason related with my driven license. All other rental car companies offered me a car. In addition, three times I asked them if I will be charged, the answer was clear received from them: No sire , you cannot be charged. I was charged accordingly without any pre-notice. The worse services that I have ever received and I am a bossiness traveller from 16 years. Shame on them. My company will get in contact with them. I will not recommend at all this Fox company. No more comment. I am still negatively surprised of their atitude.

TPA has a train from the car rental area to the terminal but Easirent is off property so you need to take a shuttle to/from the train stop. The check in was slow. Two people working for a crowded waiting area. The car needed a wash but more importantly it smelled like a mix of pee and smoke. It only had ~8k miles so it wasn’t old but it smelled. The price was right but I wouldn’t rent from them again.

Their support is non-existent. Just pay the little extra to go with a bigger brand and avoid this one.

Easirent was not at airport. It’s halfway across Austin. I abandoned the car pickup and got an UBER to our airBnB instead. When I went to pick up the car later on my second Uber I found it in an industrial park area, which wasn’t terribly concerning, but it had a couple red flags. Just not a place I would want to bring my family. Finally when I arrived the scene was utter chaos. I saw an employee walking around looking for a car clicking the key unlock to locate it while dozens of customers looked destitute and as frustrated as I was with the experience of not finding their car at the airport. As I walked inside I found a waiting area full of crying children and families waiting for cars and a line of the drivers about 8 deep with no one at the counter answering questions. It was then that the same employee from the parking lot walked back in and stepped behind the desk to continue what sounded like a frustrated conversation of a desperate customer to just take the quickest option to get a car and leave. After trying to ask the sole employee what the odds of getting my car in the next hour or two was I decided that I wasn’t prepared to do business with this company and ordered my return Uber to the airBnB and ordered a Turo car for the rest of our visit with a brilliant experience. Hugely disappointing overall. Would not recommend. Please avoid. I haven’t chased down the couple hundred of dollars that we lost on the reservation and not getting a car yet, but I’m not holding my breath.

Loved the car but it seemed maybe out of alignment. Also, signage for Alamo @ Albuquerque Airport was poor at night.

Never was able to get in a car. They did not have the car I rented available and sent me on a 6 hour wild goose chase to different enterprise locations.

We had to wait a while during pickup as there weren’t many cars available at the time. Then an employee gave us a bigger since we were waiting for a long time for the size we had reserved (holiday weekend). But then a manager didn’t want to do after we had already put all our luggage into the car. So they made us take all our stuff out of the car and wait longer. Eventually we got the car and everything went well. We were compensated for the inconvenience and long waiting so overall experience was good.

Car was not available at pickup. Only option offered was a different model (minivan vs full suv) at a different location. No compensation offered. Returned the car earlier and was denied refund of early time. Charged a bogus cleaning fee when no extra cleaning was performed. Repeatedly lied to by store manager.

Had issues with both pickup and dropoff.

Service was top rated gold stars

Dollar did not have a vehicle for me upon my arrival, despite having a reservation for two weeks. They also had no alternatives and no recommendations, so we were basically stranded upon arrival over 800 miles away from home. Thankfully, Enterprise was able to accommodate us.

Didn’t receive van I booked - was given a medium suv instead. Was told I had to buy their insurance which was a lie, vehicle only had a half tank of gas

Jonathan at the counter said it was mandatory to get insurance when it is a one way. That is not true. Back seats full of dog hair.
