The grounds are beautiful, but the geese leave droppings EVERYWHERE! Had to dodge the droppings while walking around the lake. The room was nice and bed was comfortable, but needs some updating and could use a deep cleaning. Stained carpets and dusty. Our biggest issue was when we checked in, there were issues with the power which was not the fault of the facility, however, when we checked in they said they were having some issues with the power. We went immediately to our room and found the building in almost total darkness. We then spent a good amount of time looking for another location and missed spending time with family. The power did come back on and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.
