I used Momondo to look for a pet friendly hotel room. Then, that lead me to Super.com. I only picked Circus Circus and Super.com because I have a dog and chose the filtered options for a pet friendly hotel room. After I made my booking and went to the hotel, Circus Circus said they didn't have any rooms at the moment that could accommodate a dog. Normally the hotel does have dog friendly rooms, but its specific rooms. I don't think this is Circus Circus's fault, but I do think that its Momondo and Super.com. I then stayed on with Super.com customer service for an hour, because I either wanted a refund or for an alternative place to sleep. Both of which Super.com ultimately decided they didn't have to provide me.
