It was the worst experience I've ever had while traveling .the front desk no matter what shift was on they were argumentative and very unhelpful with the entire check in situation it was horrible I spent two hours on the phone with the people I had gotten the reservation through and never received the refund for my stay there .I was never able to check in for my reservation and money was lost due to the motel issue over incidental fee it was all bad
