The spacious and stylish interiors of Butua Residence offer panoramic views of the Old Town and Budva Riviera. Each of the elegantly decorated rooms and apartments has a balcony. The accommodation units are cleaned daily. A fridge and a safety box are standard facilities in all units. Apartments additionally have a well equipped kitchen and 2 LCD TVs, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. Front desk provides room service. Breakfast is served at the nearby restaurant. Mogren and Slovenska beaches, as well as the nearest supermarket and a popular discotheque, can all be reached in a 3-minute walk. A promenade with several restaurants and bars can be found at the Slovenska Beach. A limited number of parking spaces is available upon previous request. Main Bus Station providing international bus links is 1.3 km away.
