The location is perfect. You are right next to the Blue River: you can see it and hear it from your window which is delightful. You are also right on the greenbelt with pedestrian walkways and bicycle lanes that can take you all up and down Breckenridge. You are just a block over from Main Street and all its shops and restaurants (strongly recommend Carboy Wine Bar for a good dinner at very reasonable prices, for Breck). Since dining out can be expensive, the full kitchen is a great way to control costs and also a great convenience in that you can have breakfast in you pajamas and nobody will care (though they might not care in a restaurant, nowadays). Be advised that restaurants serving early breakfast seem a little scarce in Breckenridge right now (one good option is Simplice Bistro, a walk-up on Main south of the hotel), so plan on using that kitchen. Also, there is no air conditioning in the hotel so if your room faces east, as mine did, you will want to open all the windows, close the drapes to keep out the sun, and turn on all the fans
