I loved our experience here! We purchased the all-inclusive option and felt it was well worth it! The staff all around the resort is amazing. So friendly, welcoming and just all around wonderful. They have 5 total options for dining, plus room service, and they weren't all great. Latitude 10 was an Thai fusion restaurant that was my least favorite, but probably because I grew up with Thai food haha They have a small gym as well as beach access. The pools are small but the beach is a short walk away. My one major complaint was our room. We could hear ALL of our neighbors every single move. We stayed in tower 1 on the third floor in an ocean view balcony suite. I was so disappointed in how thin the walls were. I could literally hear our neighbors forks clanking while they ate breakfast with all the windows and doors closed. Let alone if they had a conversation :( It made it difficult to just relax in our room. I don't think this is something that can be fixed, but something I feel everyone should be aware of. Everything else at the resort was wonderful. Shout out to how amazing the staff is!
