Pros: The staff handled everything really well. Continuously being updated to the delay reasons.
Cons: Being stuck on a plane on the tarmac for 2+ hours, before being moved to a corridor, and then a bus, and then boarding a new plane. No information about delay compensation or refunds being given. No provisions for providing food or drinks for the toddlers/babies/children that had been kept on the plane for a couple of hours.
Pros: i like the service
Cons: water free
Pros: We have been upgraded to business class, so that was really great experience
Cons: Nothing here.
Pros: El Al flightcrew was courteous and friendly, and the aircraft was new.
Cons: Horrible leg room, poor seat comfort, poor entertainment choices, food and drink service was inconsistent. El Al airline lost not one but BOTH of my checked bags, and the number they gave me to call to open a baggage claim had no answer and a full voice mail box. I will never fly El Al again no matter how cheap.
Cons: When in transit in Athens to a domestic flight they now require you to go through security again...bad news if you bought a bottle if something in your departure airport
Cons: How comes i am in transit and they stopp me and make a lot of troubles because i have no visa?? And after they made deporting paper to sign ??? It was really stupid thing ,, if i am in transit and i should have visa ??
Cons: Cabin crew were arrogant and didn’t allow us to storage our backpacks in the over head cabins.
Pros: Entertainment system during the long flight from Warsaw to Tokyo.
Cons: Take off from Tel Aviv was 4-5 hours late. This caused us to miss a planned half day trip to Warsaw.
Pros: I've never been on a flight with such narrow seat and thin cushion. There was no entertainment offered for the almost 4 hour flight. There was no means of charging any electronic gears. The airplane seems to be 30 years behind time. Crew was unfriendly and smiling faces are not part of the uniform.
Cons: Very narrow seats and thim cushion. No entertainment offered an do means of recharging electronic devices.
Cons: This is my first flight with Turkish Airlines. It is much better than every Europe Airline company. Until the Covid19 pandemic is over I will not fly to Europe with any European company. Turkish Airline are that good. On top of that you get to transport two big bags of luggage for free.
