Budget totally screwed up my day. I reserved the car for 24 hours at 9 am. They put in the fine fine print somewhere that if you aren’t there within 15 minutes they cancel the reservation. So my flight doesn’t get in until 945 and there was never a 945 option. Then they said well we don’t have your truck but we can give you another vehicle for extra money. Total rip-off. Yeah they can put something in the contract that just totally screws you but is that the right answer. I think not. Will never use again

Nothing to like. Gave my prepaid car away and charged same for smaller size. Front desk rep was not helpful and was acting like"so what". I believe they may have over charged me. My car was prepaid, flight was delayed, called Dollar and no answers, arrived after they closed and was told by Priceline that Dollar would honor my rental if I went back at 8 AM. Wrong and Im out $70 in taxi fees.
