They didn’t have the truck I wanted, but they had a smaller version available. They called me early to let me know and see if I still wanted the vehicle which I appreciated. They close early on certain days though, check the hours!

Need a better signage to the Budget Office, I understand the mall may have an issue with it but that mall needs to understand the reason the malls doors are open is because of businesses.

I did not like anything the guy that helped us treated us like he did not care to even help us. Being in the customer service business i k ow how important is the customer and the different ways that we can make a customer happy even if we cannot help we still do everything possible to make it happen but at least trying but the guy treated us very poorly because our credits were low. He does not even know our situation we had the money to rent it. But you can rest assure i will never go through budget again.
