The printer quality at this budget is very poor. We went back for a second time since we had to submit paperwork to our insurance company and it was no better. We finally were able to use the email receipt fir submission.

Love it when the staff knows their business forwards and backwards.

They ran out of cars and I was left stranded with nothing!!!!

Very happy with the price for a van. We were helping someone move and the agent put the seats down for us in a Chevy Pacifica. That made it perfect for stowing all her stuff. The van was easy to drive and used very little gas. The agent was friendly.

45 minute wait only to get to front of line and be told a car may not be available. Only option was a banged up dirty car. Will not use this again.

Car was filthy. I left it behind because when I’m initially went to get the keys, it wasn’t clean and needed to be vacuumed. Then when I finally go back after hours to pick it up, they vacuumed a small area in front but the rest of the vehicle was filthy, there were napkins, chips, the seats were sticky, there was a permit left right on the dashboard, there was some pink sticky stuff on the most right rear seat. It’s like no part of the car was actually cleaned from the last person that rented it. It was very disappointing but nothing I could do since it was after hours. Not sure why I left the car behind to be cleaned, if they were not going to actually clean it. I also got charged more than I was supposed to so I’m going to contact them and find out why. I know this wasn’t Kayaks fault but if I knew I was going to get a filthy car that was not cleaned, I would have rented with enterprise. Their cars are always clean and they have great customer service. I will likely not rent with Avis again after this experience.
