If you rent your car from here you've made a huge mistake. The staff is incredibly rude and more importantly become confrontational and insulting if any issues arise as happened to us with a front tire.
I reserved an VW EOS, or "equivalent" - they told me to take a Mini Cooper. We're a family of 4, with 4 suitcases. Obviously, this wasn't going to happen. No more AVIS for us!
