This company is a scam. Despite the fact that I had proof of insurance, they demanded that I show the declaration page of my policy. Of course nobody carries that around. I have been renting cars for many years and proof of insurance is all that is ever required. So they said that in order to rent a car, I would have to buy $46 worth of insurance from them. I left and rented from another company. Please issue a full refund plus an additional $50 for lost time and aggravation. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I was shocked with my experience. I will never use green motion again. Period. I am disappointed in Kayak for even offering them as a provider. The process to pick up my car was an hour. I didn't want. It was the actual process. Horrible

I was told they accept debit cards. But instead of putting a hold on my card for a deposit they hit me with expensive insurance. Also I never got the car I ordered. They said it was an upgrade to a larger car. But I ended up spending €240 on petrol and petrol is expensive in Greece. So overall it was an expensive 5 days

When I rented the car I thought I put a $125 deposit on the car for any damages, because I knew I had not paid for the extra insurance. I had planned to use my credit card rental insurance coverage. While driving our first car, we had a blowout with one tire. The second car they gave us had no working air conditioning. The third car was great. When returning the car and resolving our account, I was informed that the $125 was the smart coverage insurance, so there would be no charge for the tire replacement. Supposedly, the tire replacement costs 300 euros. Since it was only $125, I did not press it further.

Horribly run company, worst process for picking up and dropping off I have ever seen. Customer and worker got into a yelling match and police had to be called. Would never rent from them again.

Excellent and friendly service, easy pickup and drop off. We had a bit of a hard time finding the shuttle from the airport, but that was because I did not see the email with instructions. Once we found them all was good! The car was excellent.
