pickup and delivery was flawless. mileage was well above average (Nissan Sentra). Cost per mile to rent was expensive.
great
Good service
They cancelled on me 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time after calling in advance to confirm the appointment a week prior. During the earlier call I was told i would need to place a $400 deposit on top of the rental cost, and that they needed my insurance policy number to confirm it was sufficient. After providing the policy number I was told "no news is good news" and if I don't hear back everything should be fine. I heard nothing until the day of.
Excellent vehicle. Pickup and drop off were very well handled and quick. Very pleasant staff at both locations.
