Impossible to reach any human at Dollar to change or add to an existing reservation. Very bad not to have ANY customer service to speak to. Will not rent again from Dollar.

Overall, the car was great. We waited over an hour to get our car. Our reservation was for 1130 am and we didn't get our car until after 1 pm. We were told there was a car shortage due to the storm which is understandable, but we still had to pay the full amount even though we got the car over an hour late

Took 2 hours to pick up the car. With a baby and a toddler the wait was not ideal to say the least. Reservation told me I was getting a specific Nissan and I got downgraded to a Kia at pick up. Manager did nothing. Just terrible and would rather pay more, go to another national company, not to deal with this.
