Address isn't where you go for pickup, employee wouldn't speak up over the airport noise, took 20 minutes to say my reservation wasn't there, then say he could get me something cheaper, then say oops he misread my pickup day and he had to use my original reservation. What Priceline said would be $140s magically turned into $370s. I agreed to pay for gas in the tank and what he told me was a $30 insurance policy, which does NOT explain the difference. Next was waiting in a freezing, damp parking garage with no place to sit while it took another >20 minutes of them giving me the runaround saying the car was on its way when it wasn't, then eventually giving me a car that wasn't what I reserved. I will NEVER in my life use Budget again. They're thieves and the whole process was a nightmare.
