They didn’t let me rent the car because I was going to drive to Arizona. I told them that ok, I wouldn’t take it and I’ll have my husband keep it and I’ll drive our car. The agent then told us that we still couldn’t rent the car because I had already told her I was going to arizona. Ridiculous

Wasn’t able to pick up my car since flight arrived a little later than expected and this place closes at 5pm. I called to see if they’d work with me; the guy answers and says “didn’t you see on the website we close at 5?” Also no refund available.

Nice people. A little bit of a pain to get to but worth it for the price.
I reserved a car, and the next morning, when I went to pick it up so that I could drive my family out of state for my mother’s funeral service, the manager said they didn’t have any cars and that the system should not have let me reserve the day before. My heart dropped as we were screwed over without a car. I was beyond myself about this worst experience. I will not rent from Hertz again.
