We rented a 15 person van and was given a 12 person van and when we told the guy at drop off we had the wrong vehicle, he replied with "oh, ok. Do you want the 15 person van now?"

Nice vehicle and easy drop off. Did not like pressure to buy additional insurance when picking up - first time I have ever been made to feel guilty for not doing so.

There was some kind of air freshener scent coming out of the vents when we first got the car. It was a little too overwhelming and made it hard to breathe. Cleanliness was awesome, but whatever air freshener was used could be dialed back a bit.
