We had reserved a car months prior and upon arrival only had options for a Van or Truck. Makes a big difference on a cross country trip!

where to pick up of a car at the Omaha Nebraska airport. From the very beginning, a very rude woman came up to her Uber driver and yelled at him very loudly for him, dropping us off there. He had to drop us off there because we were not getting off of a flight you're coming from somewhere else. She did not have to do that. I think it took us about 60 to 90 seconds to get out from the car and he left. Ever since then the lady at the counter was rude, snippy, bitchy all of them there, Palos, and Avis. They SUCK!! DO NOT RENT FROM AVIS/PAYLESS!! ** we got a dodge charger which I thought was really fun but the whole car was so smoky like smoky smoky. We didn't wanna go back to the rude person at the counter so we just sucked it up.
