The welcome experience was excellent the counter service was 10/10. Unfortunately the drop off was 0/10 completely disorganised and very apathetic team who were more interested in the chat with each other than supporting returning renters

Good service at desk. In garage, the only employee present was not enough to service the many customers, he did his best polite and efficient but there ahould have been at least another person. At exit it was fast and easy. I am not complaining bout the person in garage, he was trying his best.

I was charged for an upgrade without being asked if I wanted an upgrade. I was charged for a full tank of petrol when I said I didn’t want that option(this was later refunded). The check-in agent was 100% on the hustle - unexpected from a ‘reputable’ company and after a long flight.
