Pros:Boarding was quick and departure was quick
Cons:The landing was horrendous. The worst I have ever experienced. Pilot kept descending then ascending and wasted so much time. It felt like the landing was much longer than the trip itself then proceeded to waste even more time to get to the gate. Some of us have rentals to pick up and luggages! So do better!
Pros:Staff was super friendly, and did what they could
Cons:They delayed the flight 4 or 5 times throughout the day, for a total of 7 hours. Even though I live fairly close, I couldn't just leave. I lost 1 whole day of my vacation, and got nothing for my inconvenience.
