Jeep car rentals in Boca Raton

Thrifty car and personnel were great. Unhappy to learn if extra $50:of CA taxes being added on to what I thought was the final fee given by KYK. Also, the transfer bus wait was very long, then two buses coming together, so took a long while to get to car rental building.

Great service, especially with drop off.

I would like a vehicle with the licence plate that’s same as province I’m in

Nice people. Nice product. Good service. Great price. Only inconvenience was off airport site. I had time so didn't mind waiting for the shuttle for pick up and drop off but adds at least 30 mins to your trip each way.

They cajoled me to add a $40 electronic tolling chip I did not need. Also if it had needed it, $40 is usurious

Run! Don’t walk! Las Vegas location. They force you to pay $30 per day for their insurance, after you have to take (2) shuttle buses from the airport. They know once you’re at their location you’re trapped and it would be very inconvenient to take the shuttle bus back to the main rental car location to go with a different company. After they force you to pay for their insurance literally any other rental car company would be cheaper, and much more convenient, without having to take multiple shuttle buses from the airport. Also, plan on blowing at least an extra hour after you get off your flight before you get into a rental car, same goes for drop off, you need to plan on being at their location at least 1 hour sooner than if you rented from a company at the main car rental location, without having to take multiple shuttles. Never again!

Fox did not honor the price that Kayak quoted me. Kayak quoted me $75 USD for a 4-day rental, but Fox told me that they required insurance during high season and they charged me $345 USD. This was a shocking difference that felt like either a scam from Fox, or a major price mistake from Kayak.

Had to rent at airport because Global Car Rental was a scam. Fox got me what I needed at a fair price!!!

Car was different

Check in was easy I made sure to have all insurance information and the car was nice. We had an early return flight and no shuttle service to the airport after dropping off the rental that was disappointing. We are going on 4 weeks and they still have not credited my deposit back. I've made a couple phone calls, first they stated 8-10 business days. Called again 2 weeks later and they said 2 days. Well we're at 4 weeks now and still waiting on our $250 dollar deposit.

The car constantly had mechanical problems.

Suboptimal location at the airport. Bus and small shuttle bus needed to get there. Outdated office space. Lots of paper work that was outdated and vague. Insurance not included in the rental price, some hassle with external website for this. Signing of photos of the state of the car before actually seeing it.

The pickup was scheduled at 12 noon but Hertz closed at 12 noon and refused to let me pick up.

It was very busy, both picking up but especially dropping off. Dropping off, couldn’t figure out where to put the car, there was no one to help, and the tiny parking/pull in area was extremely difficult to navigate. Took me 15 minutes to find someone to give the key to and ensure I was parked correctly.

Can be a little bit cheaper price

When I get there to pickup the car they said car is not available ; need 24 hours notice, u make the reservation this morning they offered me another car with extra charge of course

Process went quickly without a hitch.

I didn’t get the car I had reserved (a Mustang) but I liked the Prius. The agents were both very nice.
