Union subway and railway station is just a 10 minute walk from the building, which makes it very easy to get around without a car. A lot of main attractions such as the CN Tower, Ripley s Aquarium and St. Lawrence Market are less than 20 minutes away on foot. The Kitchen Table is the closest grocery store, 400m aways. The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building.
