Pick up was fantastic and fast l. excellent service and car was great. Tried to extend the booking and after 4 calls over two days still could not get it sorted . Their service for any changes is a disaster. Great cars and sanfran team were awesome just don’t need any assistance from corporate customer service as it appears they are incapable of even the most basic assistance

The car was great, but they didn't give us the right size that we booked for initially until we had tried to fit our things and they didn't fit. Then they gave us the car we actually booked. The frustrating thing was that they were charging the same price for both sizes, so they were trying to rip us off. When we turned the car back in the place was closed for the weekend. When they checked the car in on Monday, they put the wrong date in for when it was returned and charged us an extra day. I went back to the office and talked to them and they corrected it, but I had to wait several weeks to get the refund. Everything about the car was great, but the p/u and drop-off weren't so good.

I didn’t like anything about Sixt San Francisco. We picked up our car at the airport and they didn’t have the car that we had booked (small SUV) and they only had super huge ones like 4runner or hatchback. We’ve got the hatchback and it was in poor shape. Full of dings, weird noises when driving slow, etc. We’ve booked for 260 AUD for 3 days and we ended up being charged 398 USD (an absolute robbery)
