I went to pick up my car, having reserved it but I was told they didn't have any car available. This was very frustrating as I had used Uber to get there and all they could have done is to call me in advance and let me know they didn't have any car available. I waited over an hour but nothing was available so I had to call Uber again to get to my appointment which I was already an hour and a half late.

Close to my accomodation for pickup. However, there was a long wait to speak to the service concierge team to pick up car as only one person working. The 2022 Ford Escape was comfortable and perfect size to carry all the suitcases and luggage in the boot (for 3 adults) for a 3 day hire drop off on Miami. The car technology was great, I especially liked it linking my phone Google maps and Spotify to the car automatically, for the most part (it didn't work for the last day!). Unfortunately, the back right door could not be opened from the inside, a safety hazard! The third person had to sit on the other side behind driver instead. Drop off in Miami city was super easy and quick!!

Everything from pick up to to drop off was perfect. The only thing that would have been more convenient would have been a little discussion on toll fees or just knowing the value and convenience of getting a sun pass or at least a toll pass on my travel days.

The cars where super sharp and clean. Our bad experience was due to them not having an available vehicle for a reservation a had placed 2 weeks prior to the day I needed said car. Had to settle a refund and a new reservation over the phone and had to dispute the new charges that where added because they dropped the ball on my confirmed reservation. Had to drive 45min in the opposite direction of my travel route for pick up and drop off for the vehicle.

Pick up was a disaster. Had to go to another location quite a distance away - faculty closed at noon and we had a noon pickup time scheduled. No notification of such.
