Everything from pick up to to drop off was perfect. The only thing that would have been more convenient would have been a little discussion on toll fees or just knowing the value and convenience of getting a sun pass or at least a toll pass on my travel days.

The cars where super sharp and clean. Our bad experience was due to them not having an available vehicle for a reservation a had placed 2 weeks prior to the day I needed said car. Had to settle a refund and a new reservation over the phone and had to dispute the new charges that where added because they dropped the ball on my confirmed reservation. Had to drive 45min in the opposite direction of my travel route for pick up and drop off for the vehicle.

Pick up was a disaster. Had to go to another location quite a distance away - faculty closed at noon and we had a noon pickup time scheduled. No notification of such.
