Pick up and drop was easy. Just one question: I left some items in the front seat. I stopped at a gas station on way to the airport and got three souvenirs and a roll and candy bar. Is it possible to get the three magnets back? Don’t care about edible items. Thank you!! I didn’t have any issues with vehicle.

I asked/booked for an “economy car” such as a Chevy spark or similar and ended up with a Dodge Challenger. I was trying to save money by renting a car one-way instead of flying and the challenger didn’t cut it in the MPG’s.

I was very impressed with how friendly and professional your staff was in Billings, Montana and in Denver, Colorado. The car itself was clean and comfortable. The tire air pressure sensor indicated that one of the tires was low. which was not accurate as I inspected it with an external tire pressure gauge. Overall, decent price, great customer service. Would recommend to friends and family.

The drop off was a little confusing. I ended up pulling in the lot and then had to walk quite a distance in an icy lot, 0 degrees with 2 suitcases. I do realize everyone is short staffed, it just caught me off guard.

Kayak asked my pick up and drop off destinations. I entered that info and they sent me to priceline for the best deal. When we arrive in Billings they let me know that the car had to be returned there. I had to change our entire itinerary and flight out.

The two young girls in the pickup process were unprofessional and Unknowledgeable the lady who was there alone when we dropped off was so friendly knowledgeable and helpful, the car was great, and we would have went to yellowstone if we knew we had paid for 200 miles a day when the young girls told us not to go over 100 miles a day or we would get charged so because of that we did miss out on yellowstone
