Overall not a bad experience. Prices were reasonable compared to other places in Hawaii. I wound having to extend my rental and they made it very easy. Drop off was smooth. Pick up was the only bad part. There was only three people in line and still took an hour to get our rentals. Also, booked through Priceline, and wound up being charged an additional $150.00 in taxes and fees at pick up.

We waited over an hour in line to pick up a car. When we got to the front, we were told that we would have to wait at least another hour for a car as there were no cars of the type we reserved available.
