Rented via kayak which went through National…because of staffing shortages Alamo, National and Enterprise all combined into Alamo. Was greeted quickly by an associate, Sasu. She was great and we were provided excellent service.
Very easy process. Definitely recommend for others and will use them again.
Easy check-in and drop off. When they didn't have a car in my size ready, they quickly resolved the problem. Other than the higher-than-normal car rental prices being charged across the industry right now, it was a great experience.
