Waited for shuttle van, which passed us three times. Eventually had to take a taxi to hotel. Enterprise said they would contact us and deliver a car. Never heard from them again. Last time for Enterprise…..

I’ve had many different experiences with enterprise locations over the years. This location crew for both the pickup at Enterprise and drop off at Alamo was very efficient, fast, friendly, and professional. Kudos to them and makes me want to rent with Enterprise again! Great job, thanks!

They didn’t have an Fast Pass to offer us then tried to change us $15 per toll that we got charged for. We also got a ticket because their registration stickers weren’t up to date.
