Easy process at the Kona airport

I searched for rentals at the KOA airport and it sent me 7 miles South. The place closed at 4pm so after my flight got delayed by an hour, I wasn't able to get there in time and had to rent another car for a day. Total, this ended up costing me an extra $225 dollars and hours of my vacation time. Super frustrating. Also, they said that this happens to them all the time. Please don't send people to this location, there is no airport shuttle, you have to uber/lyft back and forth from the airport.
