I was scammed and overcharged by the pickup agent and ended up paying twice the rate expected. Certainly the worst experience in 30 years, without satisfactory response from customer service. I will never rent from Thrifty again

Thrifty car and personnel were great. Unhappy to learn if extra $50:of CA taxes being added on to what I thought was the final fee given by KYK. Also, the transfer bus wait was very long, then two buses coming together, so took a long while to get to car rental building.
