This rental facility has to be one of the worst in the country for being at a major airport. Pick up and drop off we’re terrible. Cars everywhere. Too hard to differentiate between Sixt and the other companies. Signs wrong. Horrible. Felt bad for the staff because the facility is terrible for them to do their job.

Diana at JFK airport was fabulous. She was courteous, patient and professional, and went above and beyond to find our family an appropriate car during a chaotic time when flights were cancelled. All the staff at the airport showed a genuine concern for customers and seemed to be very helpful

Great cars and reasonable prices. Customer service at the counter is mediocre. Lazy representatives without knowledge or experience to properly service customers. Always need a manager to step in. Dumb.

Drop-off was great! Just gave the agent the key upon arrival in the lot and I was on my way. Pickup was a bit of an issue. Had to wait about 15 minutes since there was only one agent at the counter. Agent was friendly and efficient but the previous customer apparently had some complications. All else was fine.

Worst rental car experience I’ve ever had, start to finish. Will never use again. Shuttle took forever to pick up from airport, upon arrival no one was taking ownership of customer arrivals, car smelled like smoke, car was given to us with tank nearly empty. Upon drop off, accused of scratching vehicle when it was clearly present previously including on video for customer before me. Shuttle again took forever for drop off. Employees apathetic in my every interaction. I would happily pay WAY more money for a more reputable car rental company in the future than going with fox/drivo again.

Our experience was terrible. We booked online, and when we arrived we were told that their was no car available. No excuse, no alternative proposed nothing and left us at 10pm with no option than to take an hotel room at our costs and find by ourselves a different option. Disaster.

There was no vehicle when I arrived, even though I had reserved online the day before and received a confirmation number and receipt. The attendant said I should have called ahead of time to give them time to reserve a car, but isn't that what a reservation is for? They said they were all sold out and had no way of getting a car. I was stranded at the location for hours until I could get a ride. Horrible experience. Horrible service. Just all around nothing works and it is bad.
