I recommend everyone to avoid this place. They did not let us check out the car and didn’t let me speak with the manager. They also refused to ask the manager call me back and said that they were sold out! Avoid!

made a “reservation” for a car after my flight was canceled. received email that reservation was confirmed. uber to hertz and arrive only to find out there are no cars available and i will be #12 on a waitlist for a car….. how is that possible? waited for a couple hours while customers continuously arrived from the airport to find out the same.

I never actually ended up getting the car. I landed at the airport and was headed towards the rental car pick up area and I got a call from Hertz 5 minutes before scheduled pick up time saying they were overbooked and don’t actually have a car available for me. I was stranded at the airport for hours before I could find a different rental car. There was no apology no follow up nor was there any other alternative offered. Will never book through kayak or hertz again. Worst experience ever to be stranded at the airport.
