The staff was super-friendly, and when we had to cancel at the last minute, Tyler quickly took care of it without complaint. He even thanked us and asked that we consider Enterprise for our next rental (good job:) The St. Augustine location helped us before when we arrived a few minutes after closing. We didn't realize that they close early on a Saturday at 12. They still gave us our rental along with an upgrade. This is why the Enterprise at St. Augustine is my top choice. The management really cares, and the employees are cool. Thank you:)

It would be awesome if the hours were longer on Saturday, and were open Sunday.

I wanted a Camry. Instead I got a super weak and cheap hyundai. It smelled like smoke too. But it drive and got the job done.

Worst rental car ever. It was so scratched and dented and front bumper was pulling away on the passenger corner. The seats were stained and the car was dirty inside and out. It also had a loud vibration above 60 mph. I had a 4 hour drive one way and wasn’t sure I would make it without breaking down. The drop off tried to charge me $300 saying I hadn’t booked a one way, but I showed him my confirmation email then suddenly he “found” that I had booked a one way. Terrible experience.

I’ve called Avis directly and they told me they only had SUV available, which was going to cost a lot more. Through Kayak I was able to get a regular size car.

First off they called me at 10 AM as I was leaving to pick up my rental and said they did not have any cars and possibly by 1PM they would have some. My scheduled pick up time 10 AM. I had a flight I needed to catch so I had to book with Avis near me and it cost me $ 67 more money in addition to screwing up my schedule and stressing to figure a way to get to my flight. I told them I would call back to cancel if I found something else. I tried to call the number from which they called me. I dialed the number picked up and then there was nothing and the phone disconnected. I called back got automated connection that gave me a couple of options but none were to cancel. So you ask me how it was ....it sucked I am pissed and I should have used Turo.
