Like the price, but the car was very dirty, full of scratches and dents, no gas and smells like Cigarettes. The agent was very unprofessional. Seems like he was upset about something.

The customer service gentleman was very nice but I was supposed to get my car at 12 PM and did not receive it until about 12:45 because they didn't have cars. Other than that the car was great and I had no other issues

No. The guy name Tony was awful. I have a case going against Avis I called their customer service because they lied to me I made a reservation I receive text messages and my car was available and that guy Tony told me that they didn't have any cars I arrived 8 a.m. of the day a picking up my car per his request and make sure I'd have a car I got there before the location open up we open he told me he didn't have any cars and call me later on that day that he didn't have any although I had a reservation and I receive text messages at the car was available for me to pick up at his location. I'm in process of filing discrimination charges against that location which was not Lilburn my reservation got transferred to Tucker location reason being I have problems with the attitude of the representatives at the Lilburn location and I had also called about them
