Staff at the airport location were great we had a flat within minutes of driving, they replaced the car and when we returned they were kind enough to rebate us a portion of our rate for the inconvenience. Counter representative also remembered us several days later at return. Excellent service, recommend highly.

Car didn’t start , had to go back to front desk to get a second car , which wasn’t in space I was told..Car full of scratches. Took pictures rather than go back inside to report them. Nobody to greet you upon drop off.

They just moved to a new building, so like everything else, still have some quorks to work out. Issues with computers at the time. And signs still directing you to old location. But people were friendly and trying there best to make the experience a smooth one.

It was an easy process to pick up my car and return my car. My customer service person at islip Macarthur airport was very friendly and courteous. I think her name was Sissy!

They were very friendly at pick up, and it was very easy and straight forward. Or so it seemed. But when I returned the car there were huge unexpected and hidden additional charges that made the cost of the rental untenable and felt like an abuse of consumer protection as it was three times what I was quoted as the expected cost.
