My flight was delayed and I had no idea that the location closed at 5pm. (It’s not at the airport, another thing that maybe kayak.com didn’t make obvious) The location even called me to verify the reservation but at no time did anyone say “your pickup time is kinda close to our closing time…” And so I ubered to the location, it was closed, and so I had to call and cancel the reservation. Uber back to the airport, rent from another agency, and begin the trip. Just a weird miscommunication, perhaps made worse through how I booked it. Normally enterprise is great, and the people I talked to were nice, but powerless to help in this strange case.

I dropped it off on Sunday at 11 AM. Their website said they were open until noon that day and when I made the reservation no one said they were closed. But when I got there, the office was closed, so I had to just drop the keys in the box. I hope I wasn't charged a late fee or for more than what I rented it for.

I accidentally ordered the car for the wrong date- a week a head of when I actually need it. I had prepaid not knowing that would mess me up. When I made the reservation it said I could cancel up to 24hours of my reservation. Hertz would not give me a refund and made me jump through a bunch of hoops- only then to tell me they would charge me a $50 cancellation fee- my reservation was for $88!. Ugh
