Car had been smoked in and WREAKED... I was given a discount because of that but the odor was really nasty (the car was the only one of it's kind and I wasn't willing to switch). I hope the smoker was charged the $450 cleaning fee warned about on the window... now they need to actually use that to clean the car.

They could have not put me through so much drama about having the vehicle that I requested. If you are not going to have the vehicle that a person request, you should let them know ahead of time not 3 hours before you get ready to come and pick up your. As a large company you should keep your word and if you can't you should make right the situation.
The staff was on his personal cell phone and even walked out to take the call. Did not do a walk around with me. Van had a black and mild under seat, very dirty van. When I called they said we would discuss when I dropped the car off. But the employees were discussing lunch plans and dismissed my concerns as saying “we don’t do walk around to make the experience easier,” and “I can ensure you the van was cleaned.” So when I showed the pictures he said he would take $25.00 off which never happened. I will never rent from them again.

They kept saying they should of not expected the rental because it was one way! I ended up getting a Kia that had body damage and was not cleaned! The guy even went as far as saying I'll go pull a car out of the junk yard! Very unhappy with Rock hill SC budget! Won't be back!
