I made a reservation and scheduled my pick up. Took a Uber to the location and then am told they don’t have any cars. Said they were actually in the negative. I spent $60 in Uber when this could have been corrected with a phone call. I understand inventory issues happen but could have given a phone call and not wasted my time and money.

Get to the place and the guy that work there ask me what do I want?So I looking like what is this so then I tell him I have a reservation,So what is your name? So I give him my name and then he tells me ohh we don’t have a reservation under that name.So he ask me what date and time you made the reservation.So I look on you guys app and told him there is no time on the reservation but I made it Sunday.Well we don’t see your name on our reservation list and we are booked so there’s nothing we can do.So I just left and now had to tell my family members I will not be able to see them for the holidays now due to basically the guy at this place was a jerk and a pure A hole.Did not ask me for my reservation number and just did not want to serve me due to my looks basically.Yes I have dreadlocks and tattoos and I am also a truck driver who been serving this country for over 20+years so this is the respect I get so I just felt totally disrespected and will never ever rent a vehicle from this location.Was looking up for my refund but see there was no number to call anyone and by then all other rental places was booked also so basically this had to be my worst holiday ever due to this location so call customer service.

The car was a mess. Only had 1/4 a tank of gas. Was a smaller model than what we reserved. Seat belt broke in the back and became a safety issue.

They didn't have any cars available and didn't birthday to call anyone before they showed up. several people were there expecting to pick up a reservation for no reason. The manager was rude and condescending to all the customers like it was their fault for trying to rent a car. I called corporate and they found me another car across town for more money, same car, and said take it or leave it. I drove across town to pick it up and pay more because I had no choice. When I got there the manager laughed and asked why I was there. I told her corporate had just confirmed a reservation for me. She said they had no cars either in a mocking tone. I WILL NEVER RENT HERTZ AGAIN Enterprise saved the day. I will always use them directly from now on.
