Everyone at Enterprise Rent-a-Car on Emily Dr. In Clarksburg,WV were all excellent!! Enterprise should be extremely proud of their employees at this office!! They go above and beyond to help the customer!!!! I rented an SUV on 7/11/23 and returned it on 7/18/23. They three people working on the 11th were very kind and very professional!! When I returned the car on 7/18/23, I dealt with a young lady, I can’t remember her name, but she was the only person there when I went in; the power to the front part of the building was off and there were 4 people who came in after me and she handled herself like a pro!! She was very professional and didn’t get excited in the least that four people came in behind me. She checked my rental vehicle in and I told her she could email my receipt to my ‘email address. She made sure she had the accurate email. I was going out the door and she was greeting the next customer!!! Great customer service 💯

Pick up location for Clarksburg West Virginia could be better. I drove past enterprise rental to get to the airport which informed me I had to turn around and go back where I just passed to get the rental car other than that perfect all the way couldn't ask for better

Hertz does not give the customer an option for reaching a human being by phone. My drop off location was Saberton WV. The hours posted online were till 5pm (Wed). From noon Wednesday, I had no option to reach a person (customer service) to ask a question regarding drop off. When I called the online 800# and the number on the business card provide, the outgoing recording looped around for extending the rental and provided no option for a live human. I arrived at the drop off at 3:45. The location was locked up with no key drop box option. I left the car with the key in it. I have no way to contact this office, because of the way the phone line works.

Terrible service. Had a car booked online and they called a few hours later to say they had nothing available and would call me as soon as they did. I never heard back from them.
