Location awesome. At the drop off I was asked if I brought it back full. I said yes and instead of saying ok, he said May I see your receipt.. no reason to ask if you are not going to trust the answer.Would be better to simply ask for the receipt up front to confirm..he did the same thing for damages. Asked me if there was any damage. I said no and then he made me wait while he went to check. Just tell me up front that he was going to do a vehicle check and he could confirm it was full and undamaged.

I was nervous dropping my Budget car at the Comox Airport at 5am. No Budget parking spaces available so I had to put it in short term parking. (No cost but I was nervous they might not find the car). I did call when I got off of the plane and they had found the car so all was good. Janice

I was sadly disappointed when I got the final receipt. According to my online booking it should have been $256 my final bill was $399. I added insurance but that was it. Apparently there are hidden costs. I was charged $40 because I booked pickup at an airport 🤷‍♀️ What??? First time using Budget never again.

Very happy with the pick up of the car, the car was excellent and clean. Drop off was not good as no agent was there at the airport in the morning when we departed. We had no chance to check the car with the agent and late in the day the agent reported a door dent now we are having to deal with matter from a distance.

I submitted the rental application through here. Showed up at 1245 and didn't get the rental done till 130. And when I tried to get my airmiles done. Said would be done upon returning the vehicle. Didn't happen and the customer representative said it would be done the day after I returned it. Still nothing at all. So with everything being said I will more than likely go elsewhere for a rental next time.

Paid a little more for Ford Edge(or similar) as it's a little bigger than the Escapes/Rav4s etc and I typically have a truck (to which there's none available) yet still got given an escape?! Didn't have the time or patience to contest getting the appropriate one so took the escape. Ready to leave then I'm told one tire has low pressure and I have to wait while someone goes to the nearest gas station and pumps it up. Sure enough by the time I'm returning the car 3 days later the tires at low pressure warning again as it obviously has a small leak. Pretty average stuff when you're paying over $300 to drive something for 3 days.
