I didn’t had a good experience, there was no car available and I went to different locations, the customer service por, car was smelling so bad the car wasn’t safe and the car tire was not safe! Overall, I didn’t have a good experience this time everything was poor!

I did not like anything. I arrived at the Enterprise counter to be told that my booking was cancelled as they did not have any cars due to it being the long weekend. They had tried to contact me, which I guess is something, but I was not in an area where I could check emails.

Swish was very knowledgeable polite and should climb the ladder quick she knows how to treat clients and was very helpful in several ways 10 Stars too bad all your rental places don’t have more like her Very satisfied and would go there next time we are in Winnipeg which could be soon When we returned the car she was busy with someone and we had Takudzwa check us out he was very responsive to us and a very good Rep for your company as well he also drove us back to the airport and was very polite and no issues what so ever Your lucky to have both of them working for you Excellent and we will be back for sure Of course if the price is as good as it was last time My name is KC and we are from Toronto

Terrible. Most likely because we booked through a third party vendor, Hertz never intended to give us the Tesla we reserved. They claimed it was in the “shop” when we arrived to pick it up. No they didn’t bother to bring another one in, they just threw up their hands and said too bad. Car rental places are becoming a scam based solely on profit.

Pick up good and delivery good, however the attendant told us he was giving us an upgrade car and provided a Toyota which was very very poor car. Experienced back pain, seats very uncomfortable and felt like driving in a tin can! I don’t recommend!!!

Didn’t have the car I booked because I booked too last minute. Pick up was good - friendly staff. Drop off was weird - no one was there to take the car back….. it was closed on a Saturday? Just did a key drop.

I was put into a compact SUV even though I booked the size up. The detailer cleaning the vehicle used armour all on the plastic car mat making it extremely slippery and dangerous I had to clean it off. Other than that it was an ok experience

Pick up was poor. I booked from the airport and had to go to an outside location which was closed at the time I booked for pick up. Problem that should have been resolved before I picked up. As I had no idea that location would be closed when I arrived. The program needs to fixed to not allow pickups when the pickup location is closed. I had to not for a cab from airport then try and figure out a ride for the night until I could pick up my vehicle the following day. I will not use budget again or kayak

I paid for what they advertised as an Audi A4 or similar. I get to the airport and they said their equivalent is a Chrysler 300 or Dodge Charger. So basically it as a straight up lie. I’m sorry but an equivalent vehicle would’ve been a Mercedes or BMW. My car didn’t even have leather. What a joke. Never renting from this company again and will be writing a Google review to warn others as well.

Needed to add 3 days to a 5 day rental. Alamo was willing to extend rental but was going to double the total cost of the rental instead adding a prorated daily rate to the rental.reserved. Went to National car rental to rent as it was $85 cheaper than Alamos revised rental cost. Disappointing experience. Will be returning to Winnipeg in the next 3-4 months & will not likely use Alamo then because of our experience.

Our flight arrived at 12:30 am by the time we deboarded and got to the rental car area Alamo was closed even though they knew our flight info. We were stranded at the airport in the middle of the night with no transportation.
