We booked the car online and we got confirmation. Upon pick up they wouldn’t let us have the car. They told us we couldn’t pay with debit or credit. And we couldn’t take it out of state. We had to frantically go around all the other rental car companies at the airport to find a car. The customer service was very poor.

The Chrysler Pacifica van was excellent and made our 2 week travels VERY enjoyable. The vehicle features were awesome. Ran very well. Staff was super friendly too. Highly recommend!

The only issue was the cab ride from the airport. $30 was the cost of the ride (with tip). Still, the savings for this off airport location was worth it.

Ordered a car for 5 people and 4 large suitcases. The car was not big enough for 4 suitcases so we had to pack in smaller items. We ended up with 2 large suitcases, 2 carryons and one bag.
