The pickup was a little dicey was we were told there wasn't a SUV but maybe in a couple of days. We were leaving early in the AM and so later days wasn't an option. They found a Subaru Outback - which we question if that is a SUV - but in the end did it really matter? It was that or a sedan. The car was well decked out but it didn't smell clean and based in the turnover from the previous renter I joked the seats were still warm. It was fine, and did the trick. But not sure the customer service on the front end was all that great. They could have suggested maybe getting the vehicle from another AVIS location but that wasn't even mentioned.

I booked my vehicle months ahead of our family vacation. I called Avis Alpharetta on the day of pick up and was told that there were no 7 seater vehicles available anywhere. I reminded them that I had booked a vehicle well ahead of time. Their response was that they cannot be responsible if other people don’t return their vehicles. I found a vehicle at Enterprise. Avis you suck!!

Got a flat tire during our trip. Avis roadside assistance was horrible. I was on hold for 30 minutes and then had to front the bill for a new tire. I was told I would be reimbursed for the tire purchase but the attendant at Avis wouldn’t reimburse me without me having to get upset about it and get demanding. Lost part of the day of my vacation waiting at a Mavis Tires to get the tire replaced. Surely Avis could have given me a discount for time lost but no. Avis is no different then any other company putting profits before people. Customer no service is the Avis creed. Look elsewhere for a car rental.

I arrived at the Alpharetta, Ga. location 2-3 hours late due to a missed flight connection in Miami. No car was available. I returned the next morning and, again, no automobile was available. The staff took my phone contact number to call when an automobile became available. No call ever came. Please refund the $125.53 amount to my credit card. I have used Hertz in the past and been satisfied, The circumstances in this instances were out of my control. Thanks,

The service was impeccable! Marquez Johnson, the Asst. Manager at the location, was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond both when I came to pick-up the car and when I dropped it off.

They didn't have the right truck that i paid in advance for. Paid for a full size truck. The lady was clueless, had to go to a different rental company and i wait another day. I'll never rent from Hertz
