Pros:The lady at the counter was friendly and she upgrade me to a SUV because a sedan wasnt ready for me. The car itself was cleaned and in good condition.
Cons:Well I was waiting for 2 hours in line, it was the day before Memorial day, and they only had one person at the counter. Which really made the experience less satisfactory. Whoever is in charge, should of schedule more staff for the front counter.

Cons:I got to the rental car place and they couldn't give me my rental because the reservation was supposed to begin the 2nd and I got there the 3rd. I already paid for the rental but the computer wasn't allowing her to go any further. Very frustrating. So I had to go to Enterprise and fight to get a refund on my reservation with Payless.

When I went to pickup the car there was no one in the counter. After asking around I found out that I was supposed to go to Avis to pick up the car even though I rent it with Payless. There was no sign in the Payless counter that I should go somewhere else. When I told the person she said oh we might have forgotten. I offered to go put a sign and she said no we will do it later.
