20 days after delivery I have been charged 450$ for cleaning a car that I returned in good condition and for which they gave the ok on delivery. They are thieves.

Carpet in vehicle had hot;es and the car stunk. Agents were extremely unfriendly - cold may be better description. Poor value for the money. I'm done with Avis.
