They only had one shuttle running at Denver international. Waited and hour plus as we watched folks get dropped off but they never came over to pick up the 30 people waiting to get to the rental car office a few miles away. When they finally decided to pick us all up we found out why…. The line was out the door. Two and a half hours standing in line waiting for an available agent. 3.5 hours is beyond unacceptable. It is degrading. The receipt was printed on a 1985 tractor feed pin strike printer. Lol. We can back to return the car and no one was outside. Stood by the car for 15 minutes and finally asked a security guard what to do. Was told to leave the keys in the car and go to the shuttle. Once again….. one small shuttle with red velvet mini couches that was filthy. Had to wait for enough people to fill it before departing for the terminal drop off. I am appalled that this is the way they do business in this day and age. Pathetic. Will never do business with this company again and will share our experience with everyone I meet.

The check-in process was a master class in inefficiency, indifference, and incompetence. English is an insufficient medium with which to both describe and insult to vacuous halfwits occupying the check-in desk. In the span of 35 minutes, they moved one car out as the line grew and grew. The employees of Payless are a biological oddity, as they move so slowly and have such unerring unconcern for the world around them that science may want to find out how their cells remember to divide. Zero stars for their zero fcks given.

I was not able to call for shuttle service when I arrived to DIA. The shuttle took over 60 mins and was very packed as a lot of people were waiting. There was only one service associate when I arrived to pick up my rental car and it took over 1 hour to get my prepaid rental. I dropped my car off early in the morning and Payless was closed and there were no instructions to say to drop it off at AVIS. An Avis employee finally walked over to ell my where to go. I have not received confirmation that my rental has been returned.
