The personnel was poor with no regards for the customer. This applied to the pick up and drop off!!!!

The cost was well above the stated estimate. When I asked I was told it was due to the gas and that would be removed if it was brought back full. I did bring the vehicle back full but I do not think the fuel charge was modified. The receipt was emailed however I cannot open it. I do intend to look into this further.

My reservation was not honored. Arrived at my destination and was told there were no cars available. Ended up being forced to pay more than double the amount to get a car at a different agency. Terrible!

There was a long wait to pick up the car. They also tried to charge me $580, instead of the $167 that I was quoted. There was a very nice lady who fixed the problem, but please pay attention, as I was not the only one experiencing this problem.

I canceled the reservation the rental place wasn’t even at the airport but was told if I took a car from thatI would be charged a11% more ! So I was left at the airport with no ride so I just ubered. Wouldn’t recommend Enterprise to anyone

Key west had no cars even when reserved. Had to wait 2.5 hours and still problems renting a car. Rep finally gave us a convertible as that is all they had. We appreciated getting the car but were very frustrated about the delay.

We all appreciate customer service right? My flight got canceled, had to rebook in a nearby city, and they couldn’t transfer my pick up location to help my trip at a major hub where cars were plentiful. I went with Enterprise, no issues there!

The check in process was horribly long - more than an hour. Not enough staff. The person was nice and knowledgeable but needed help. We had to wait longer while she stopped serving people in line so she could prepare preferred customer contracts.
