There was a long wait to pick up the car. They also tried to charge me $580, instead of the $167 that I was quoted. There was a very nice lady who fixed the problem, but please pay attention, as I was not the only one experiencing this problem.

I canceled the reservation the rental place wasn’t even at the airport but was told if I took a car from thatI would be charged a11% more ! So I was left at the airport with no ride so I just ubered. Wouldn’t recommend Enterprise to anyone

Key west had no cars even when reserved. Had to wait 2.5 hours and still problems renting a car. Rep finally gave us a convertible as that is all they had. We appreciated getting the car but were very frustrated about the delay.

There was a problem with the priceline booking where they sent me to a faraway non-airport drop off location, despite specifying the MIA destination and having my flight number on the booking. I take this route a few times a year and did not notice this until on the road and had to struggle to call Hertz customer service. The matter was finally resolved by the Hertz counter. One way rentals are normally more expensive than one would like and these days there are not enough staff to clean a car before you get in. Manager specials are subject to luck of the draw but I got a double cab truck, which was not as comfortable as anything else, thus explaining lowest marks on the criteria you specified. The drop off location issue is critical and perhaps some measure should be taken to avoid this happening to others. Thanks and I hope this feedback is helpful.
